Recently I was trying to open some .chm files downloaded from microsoft and codeplex sites. When I tried to open them, I can see the menu on the left but none of them were displaying any content. A quick bing gave me the solution. So, sharing the same with you all.
Error seen when a .chm file that is downloaded from a network share or internet.
