I would like to share the recent
issues one of our team have encountered on post upgraded of Sitecore from 8.0 update 3 to update
6(Team also upgraded the WFFM module along with this Sitecore upgrade)
Issue Description:
During our performance test we
encountered a High CPU utilization on our all Content Delivery Servers.
Root cause:
Web Forms for Marketers modules
uses a dictionary that is not protected from concurrent access. As a result it
becomes corrupted and blocks requests.

Please find the hotfix available

Be aware that the hotfix was built
specifically for Web Forms for Marketers 8.0 rev. 151127 (Update-6), and you
should ensure that your solution is updated to this build prior to installing
it.
Note that the current hotfix is a
Sitecore package and you should install it using the Install Package Wizard
application.
After applying the hotfix to your
solution, it will not be recommended to install other Web Forms for Marketers
module updates until Sitecore includes the changes associated with this hotfix in
an official product update. To be able to monitor this, please use the
reference number 97688.
